Orthodox teas are nice, subtle and complex. Often show much more aromatic nose and mouth. The method produced CTC (Cut, Tear, Curl) invented in the 1930s. Usually of great character, intense flavor and astringency.
In the same way that Chinese green teas are very gentle and kind, blacks are too. Abound smoky, wood, cocoa and tobacco.
In black teas from India and Sri Lanka will find more floral notes and red fruits like prunes and tobacco.
